The whole check-in process was a mess. When I finally got to my room, it was missing basic essentials like soap. It felt like no one cared.

It has amicable, outstandingly accommodating staff.

Awesome stay, lovely place. Luxurious and beautiful units available with a large balcony, complimentary tea, for example. 25 km away from King Shaka International airport.

The location is perfect, away from the town's hustle, with a lovely promenade for morning strolls. We enjoyed the pool and slides, and I appreciated the warm popcorn welcome. Despite prior wifi concerns, it worked perfectly. The staff were friendly, and we found the food delicious and reasonably priced. A lovely birthday getaway!

Stunning rooms with a large balcony and exceptional service. Lots of reasonably priced food for meals. Location not far from the promenade, main beach, and the restaurant and reception areas. The staff were amazing and assisted us with private parking.

Quite dirty area.

It has brilliant, great setting, not far from Umhlanga as well as Umhlanga restaurants & main beach. The employees are fabulous and fantastic.

There is hair in some places.

The location was perfect for heading to nearby beaches and dining, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our visit.

Menu for breakfast could use more variety and options.

i had a lovely stay at Breakers, where friendly staff made my experience enjoyable. the resort was clean and well-maintained, with immediate attention when i reported an issue. the beachfront location is fantastic, and i appreciated the paved walkway that led to various local restaurants and shops. the amenities, including pools and mini golf, provided plenty of entertainment for both adults and kids. overall, it felt like the perfect getaway spot with a welcoming atmosphere and great facilities.

My room was spacious and modern, but the aircon stopped working unexpectedly.

Had a relaxing three-night stay in a well-equipped Two Bedroom Apartment with Pool View. Enjoyed the beautiful gardens and mini-golf. Only downside was the noisy party guests, which disrupted the peaceful vibe we were hoping for. A great family getaway!

Why it's almost great (but not quite)

The resort boasts excellent pools and a fantastic beachfront location! The staff's warm hospitality enhanced our stay.

Unfortunately, the facility struggles with maintenance issues, and some guests faced unacceptable cleanliness standards. Noisy neighbors further detracted from the peaceful atmosphere we sought.

Loved the outdoor area with beautiful gardens and multiple pools. The kids had a blast at the mini-golf and trampoline. Room had a fantastic ocean view and was spacious enough for our family. The location offered easy access to the beach for wonderful walks. The restaurant service fell short. Our breakfast was cold, and items were missing from the order. There were also issues with the cleanliness of the first room, which smelled of mildew, but the second room was much better. The stay was enjoyable despite a few setbacks.

The kids loved the slide pool, and the beach was a scenic stroll away. Spacious rooms and a variety of well-maintained pools.

My spacious room offered amazing sea views, and I enjoyed the beautiful gardens and the nearby pool. The resort's proximity to the beach provided the perfect relaxing atmosphere.

The resort is beautifully arranged. I particularly enjoyed the amazing sea view from my room. The proximity to the beach made daily strolls an enjoyable part of our routine.
